As we scaled, it became clear that the existing software used across the industry, including what we were using internally, was not built for real-world healthcare workflows. We saw firsthand that providers lacked a secure, modern, and intuitive platform built for disability, aged care, and community health.

We invested heavily in research, discovery, and user-centred design. Our director, a seasoned solution architect with experience across major private and government projects in Australia, led the vision. We focused on security, compliance, and creating a platform that feels familiar and easy to adopt, grounded in real care scenarios, not generic software templates.

Development officially began in late 2024, bringing the design and architecture to life. Over the next two years, we refined features, strengthened security, and ensured the platform met the complex needs of healthcare providers.
